Our mission is to foster a healthier, safer Cleveland County by addressing substance use and its impact through empowerment, education, support, and advocacy. Our vision is a healthy community where all residents live free from the harmful effects of substance use.

Drug Free Cleveland County is a community coalition with members dedicated to reducing the alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse among youth and adults in Cleveland County, North Carolina. DFCC is comprised of representatives from agencies across the community all with service driven missions and a passion for improving our community.
